Chiropractic: Research Says...

I frequently hear there is no good research to support chiropractic care.  This is the furthest from the truth.  For the next view blogs, I will focus on some older and recent studies that indicate the benefits of chiropractic care.  Let us start here (click on heading for full abstract and access to complete study):

Randomised comparison of chiropractic and hospital outpatient management for low back pain: results from extended follow up BMJ 1995; 311 doi: (Published 05 August 1995) Cite this as: BMJ 1995;311:349

Bottom-line outcome:  '...those treated by chiropractic derive more benefit and long term satisfaction than those treated by hospitals.'
